About Us:

PCC Student Ministries exists to empower Jr. High & High School students to reach their friends and family, their community, and the world with the life changing news of Jesus!

We want to consistently Share the Truth through the study of God's word. We want to be people who Grow in Grace, demonstrating it throught all we say and do. And we want to relentlessly Follow Jesus, discovering our gifts and talents that were given to us by God for His ultimate purpose.

We believe this is best done through empowering students in four key areas - Connecting, Growth, Service & Sharing.

You Were Never Meant to Live Alone

Contrary to what our culture might tell us ...

you were never meant to live alone.

At PCC we believe that God created each and everyone of us for relationships.  The most important of those relationships, being our relationship with Him.

But we were also made for relationships with one another, and at times it can be hard to navigate the ups and downs of sharing life with other human beings who at times can be just as broken as we are.

Next month our High School students will start to dig into what the Bible says about friendships, in a series called:  "Friends Don't Let Friends".

As I have been preparing for this I stumbled across a great list of Top 10 Qualities of a Good Friend, check these out:

1.  Honesty
2.  Loyalty
3.  Supportiveness
4.  Good Listener
5.  Reliability
6.  Humorous
7.  Forgiving
8.  Caring
9.  Acceptance
10. Respectable

Proverbs 12:26 says, "The godly give good advice to their friends; the wicked lead them astray" (NLT).  So what advice would you give for being a good friend.  What are the "Top Qualities" you look for in your closest friends?
